Since babies until elderly, people can’t count how much they have been brushed their teeth. But, are sure you have brush your teeth properly? Tips on Brushing Tooth Properly

1. Brushing with toothpaste

Toothpaste with proper brushing action will help to remove plaque and a harmful bacteria on the teeth that can cause cavities, gum disease and tooth loss. The fluoride content also helps the tooth more resistant to decay. The other ingredients also promote cleaner and polisher teeth, remove stains, also give freshen breath and clean feeling in the mouth.

2. Don’t brush too long

The recommended time for brushing is about two to three minutes or 30 seconds for each quadrant of your mouth.

3. Brush every surface of tooth

Make sure the toothbrush reaches every surface of the tooth, so there will be no cast-offs remains between teeth.

4. Don’t forget brush the tongue

Tongue also contributes a multiple bacteria that can cause oral malodor, so use your tongue scraper or regular toothbrush to clean your tongue after teeth.
