Even so, in this busy day, every where is noise, therefore you need to bring ear plug to avoid noise and prevent little thing enter the ear. Besides that, you also need to avoid smoke because it will decrease the power hearing of people who always smoke or near people who smoke need to avoid the action and get healthy environment. However, it will not be enough because you also need to stop doing unnecessary thing.
