High Calories Foods

Caffeinated and Alcoholic Foods and Beverages

Foods or beverages contain caffeine such as coffee, chocolate, soft drinks, and dark tea, also alcohol can worsen menstrual symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and breast tenderness. You should change them with herbal teas such as chamomile tea and plenty of water.
