The results of these studies indicate that there are 16% of individuals had levels of vitamin D are fairly low. This study also looked at other factors which consisted of the season, body mass index, age, state of health, and physical. The researcher says that low levels of vitamin D can cause a person to experience a sleep disorder such as sleep less than 5 hours of sleep that is not restful.
